What You Would Do

Review and organize loan files to make sure everything is complete and accurate
Order appraisals, title, and other third party services
Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and lenders to gather information and clear conditions
Make sure loans are submitted and approved on time

What We Look For

Prior mortgage processing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple loan files at once
Familiarity with common loan origination software is a plus
