As a Loan Advisor, you will guide clients through the home loan process from first contact to closing. You will build relationships, identify the right loan programs from our network of 100+ lenders, and be a trusted resource for homebuyers, homeowners looking to refinance, and real estate investors. NMLS licensing is required or willingness to obtain.
What you will do:
As a Loan Processor, you will coordinate loan files from submission to clear-to-close. You will work directly with Loan Advisors, lenders, title companies, and clients to keep transactions organized, accurate, and on schedule. Experience with mortgage processing software is a plus.
What you will do:
As a Loan Advisor Assistant, you will support our Loan Advisors with client communication, file management, rate quote preparation, and pipeline tracking. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to learn the mortgage industry from the ground up and grow into a Loan Advisor role.
