Loan Originator Assistant

About This Role

We are always open to meeting people who want to learn the mortgage industry from the ground up. This role supports our loan originators and is a great way to get started in real estate finance. We are not actively filling this position right now but we love meeting motivated people who want to grow.

What You Would Do

Support loan officers with paperwork, file management, and client communication
Help gather documents from clients and follow up on anything still needed
Coordinate with the loan team to keep files moving forward
Keep clients informed and supported throughout the loan process

What We Look For

Organized and detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in the mortgage or real estate industry
Prior experience in an office or customer service setting is a plus
